Abstract
The dominant aspect of researches of religiosity in the world and Iran has been focused on the measurement of religiosity and also the important issue of secularization. These two areas of study are closely related and both seek to show the status of religion and religiosity in a society. Therefore, it is not possible to find a wide-ranging tradition of research on the topic of religiosity, and this topic has not been pursued except in a random way and according to personal interests. In this article, the author has first tried to provide a local typology of religiosity and then, based on this typology, examine the transformation of religiosity in Iran based on the research done so far. The researcher has concluded that religiosity is transforming towards becoming non-shariah-based, and ritualistic and emotional types of religiosity are increasing.

Abstract The management of the development process, characterized by unequal interventions and access by elites, along with the performance of political institutions as drivers of development, is considered a significant factor influencing the distribution of development benefits between regions. The disparity in benefitting from developmental opportunities will result in population mobility and increased migration to urban centers and metropolises, consistently directing development policy towards central areas. In this article, alongside referencing theoretical foundations and reviewing previous research, we have examined the empirical aspects and governmental development measures based on an inductive approach, utilizing a mixed method incorporating two qualitative methodologies: document analysis of registered data and information, and qualitative interviews. In exploring the structural factors and political decisions influencing migration, registered data from documents compiled by the Budget and Planning Organization have been utilized, while qualitative interviews have been employed to elucidate the reasons and primary motives driving individuals' inclination towards migration. The research findings indicate the predominance of a centralized pattern in development policymaking. Examination of indicators reveals that a balanced and equitable distribution of development among provincial cities has not been achieved, with migration stemming from the unequal allocation of resources commensurate with the potentials and capacities of regions. Until there is a shift towards balancing the distribution of resources and acknowledging regional capacities in the implementation of development policies by policymakers and executors, the issue of population distribution imbalance will persist unresolved.

Abstract The main goal of this article is to study how Iranian society crossed from the millennium utopian ideas towards liberal utopian ideas. The ideas which helped form the sociology of the Constitutional Revolution. To this end, we reviewed four types of Karl Mannheim's ideals, which are about the formation of a new utopia from the late middle ages to the new and modern era. The research data was obtained from the Iranian’s itineraries from their trips to the European countries. The results were analyzed using the phenomenology approach. They indicate that the Qajarid’s itineraries to Europe have the elements of a new and liberal utopia and played a role opposed ideologically to that era’s social structures. Such ideas and works could lay a foundation for the new utopia by laying aside the Babieh millennium utopia and introducing the European utopia to the Iranian society. The utopia was based on a new understanding of Iranian society from the progress and development concepts and prepared their sociological and insightful minds for the formation of the Constitutional era.
