In this paper we try to survey the role of artistic and cultural clubs at universities in reinforcement of social capital among students. We also study the effects of social capital on increasing civil norms and decreasing deviant behavior. Putnam's approach to social capital is theoretical framework of this study. According to this theory, relations network, social trust and social co-operation are the most important indicators of social capital. Research method is based on survey by using questionnaire technique. Although, the results show that social capital of Tehran University's student(as control group) and artistic and cultural activists of universities of city of Tehran is not higher than average level, but later group have more social capital than formers. Also, the results represent that whatever the level of social capital increase, civil behavior increase and deviant behavior decrease. طرح نظریه سرمایه اجتماعی تأملی مجدد در نقش و تأثیر اجتماع و تشکل‌های جامعه‌محور در تحقق توسعه به‌ویژه توسعه پایدار و همه‌جانبه است. در این چارچوب، مقاله حاضر تلاش دارد تا نقش کانون‌های فرهنگی و هنری دانشگاه‌های شهر تهران در تقویت سرمایه اجتماعی دانشجویان و تأثیر آن در گسترش هنجارهای مدنی و کاهش رفتارهای انحرافی در بین دانشجویان را مورد سنجش قرار دهد. برای سنجش مفهوم سرمایه اجتماعی از چارچوب نظری پاتنام استفاده شده است. در این چارچوب شبکه روابط، اعتماد و همیاری مؤلفه‌های اصلی سرمایه اجتماعی را تشکیل می‌دهند. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش روش پیمایش است که با استفاده از تکنیک پرسشنامه به اجرا درآمده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد در حالی‌که سرمایه اجتماعی دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران (به عنوان گروه کنترل) و فعالین کانون‌های فرهنگی و هنری دانشگاه‌های از حد متوسط تجاوز نمی‌کند اما سرمایه اجتماعی اعضای کانون‌های فرهنگی و هنری بیشتر از سرمایه اجتماعی دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران است. نتایج همچنین بیانگر تأثیر مستقیم سرمایه اجتماعی بر تقویت رفتارهای مدنی و کاهش رفتارهای انحرافی است. http://www.jsi-isa.ir/article_21817_a4d93371a3aecc3e693cd34443bfdbda.pdf
