The study employed a qualitative approach with a grounded theory strategy. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and narratives from 40 individuals (comprising three generations of migrants, including 13 women and 27 men) in Tehran-Vila (destination) and Bidok Yazd (origin), along with insights from 6 key informants, focus group sessions, field observations, and analysis of secondary statistical data. The resulting analysis identified the core category as "Migrant Social Organizations as Facilitators of Local Development." The findings indicate that the social organizations of rural migrants have acted as democratic institutions; by creating support networks and strengthening a sense of belonging to the neighborhood, they have contributed to improving the quality of life, enhancing social solidarity, and facilitating residents' participation in local development processes. <span lang="FA">در این پژوهش، نقش سازمان اجتماعی مهاجران روستایی در شهر و تاثیر</span> <span lang="FA">آن بر توسعه محلی با تمرکز بر دیدگاه‌های پورتس<span dir="LTR">^[1]</span> و بومس<span dir="LTR">^[2]</span> در محله تهران‌ویلا در منطقه دو تهران بررسی می‌شود. تحقیق با رویکرد کیفی و راهبرد نظریه زمینه‌ای انجام شده، گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و روایت</span> <span lang="FA">های 40 نفر از (سه نسل مهاجر شامل 13 زن و 27 مرد) در تهران‌ویلا (مقصد) و بیدک یزد (مبدا) مهاجران و 6 نفر از مطلعان کلیدی، جلسات گروه متمرکز، مشاهدات میدانی و تحلیل داده‌های ثانویه آماری صورت گرفت. حاصل تحلیل، استخراج مقوله محوری «سازمان‌های اجتماعی مهاجران به مثابه تسهیل‌گرتوسعه محلی» شناسایی شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهند که سازمان‌های اجتماعی مهاجران روستایی به‌</span><span lang="FA">مثابه</span><span lang="FA"> نهادهایی دموکراتیک عمل کرده‌اند؛ آنها با ایجاد شبکه‌های حمایتی و تقویت حس تعلق به محله، به ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی، تقویت همبستگی اجتماعی و تسهیل مشارکت ساکنان در فرآیندهای توسعه محلی کمک کرده‌اند.</span><br><br><br><br> http://www.jsi-isa.ir/article_737321_5f80b4df32ff3fdd1c2cdd57df2292a1.pdf
