Goals and Perspectives

Journal Politics

Iranian Journal of Sociology publishes scientific-research articles that in some way promote the knowledge of society or especially help to understand the social problems of Iran and identify relevant causes or effects. To achieve these goals, the article must meet at least one of the following conditions:

1. Presentation of methodological research findings and results;

2.  The methodical production of original theoretical concepts and the contribution to new theoretical development (and not merely the promotion of new concepts and theories of others);

3. Methodological innovation.
