چکیده
مهارت‌آموزی به عنوان یک رویکرد جدید به‌ویژه در نظام آموزشی مطرح و اینگونه تلقی شده است که آموزش مهارت ابزار توسعه و پیشرفت کشور است و مهارت‌آموزی باید به موضوع اصلی تبدیل شود. رویکردی که در متون تجربی و سیاستگذاری غالب است طبیعی و بدیهی انگاشتن مهارت‌آموزی است و کمتر به مسئله‌مندی آن توجه شده است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناخت مسائل و چالش‌های نظری و بنیادی مهارت‌آموزی و گفتوگوی انتقادی منتقدان و مخالفان آن است تا ابعاد جدیدتری از آن آشکار شود. با مرور نظامند و مطالعة و بررسی انتقادی سنت‌های نظری متعدد، مسائل و چالش‌های آموزش مهارت به بحث و بررسی گذاشته شده است. مسائل بنیادی مطرح شده در حوزه مهارت‌آموزی عبارتند از: مهارت‌زدایی از نیروی کار (تباهی کار)، دانش ضمنی و امکان‌ناپذیری برنامه‌ریزی برای آموزش آن و مهارت به‌مثابه بازتولید نابربرایهای موجود.
